A borosilicate glass graduated cylinder for accurately measuring liquid volumes during media preparation. More accurate than beakers for volume measurement. Use to measure distilled water for dissolving media powder or salts before pH adjustment and autoclaving. Clean with laboratory detergent and rinse thoroughly; avoid scratching the inside surface, which can harbour microbes.
