Questions
What if they already use xPlant?
They can still accept it. If they're on a paid plan, write to us and we'll line the months up so nothing they've paid for is lost.
Do they need an account?
Yes, with the address you give us. If they don't have one yet, they create it, confirm it from the email they're sent, then open the gift link again to accept. Only that address can accept the gift.
How long do they have to accept it?
Sixty days from the day it reaches them. Their months start when they accept it.
Does it renew?
No. You pay once, and when the months are up they can keep going on a plan of their own.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the gift hasn't been accepted. Write to us and we'll take care of it.
Which plan is it?
