This page explains what cookies xPlant uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. We keep this short and plain. If something is unclear, email support@xplantpro.com.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They help us keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure app usage when you choose to allow analytics.
Essential cookies are always on. Without them, the app cannot function safely. We use them for:
Optional analytics cookies are off by default. They only load if you explicitly accept them in the cookie banner or preferences dialog. When enabled, they help us understand:
We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

Diagnostics never include your lab notes, plant or culture details, SOP text, or any other content you enter — only technical signals about the app itself.
You can change your choices at any time. The cookie banner reappears when you clear browser storage, and your selection applies immediately without a page refresh.
Every browser lets you delete cookies. If you delete xPlant cookies, you will need to sign in again and set your preferences again. Refer to your browser help documentation for instructions.
