Mother stock and line lineage
Which cultures came from which mother, when a line was re-established, and where each subculture generation sits today.
Cannabis and hemp, where legally permitted
Clean-stock programmes, mother-plant lineage and subculture batches on one record, for licensed labs operating where cannabis or hemp cultivation is lawful.
Record-keeping software only. xPlant Pro does not sell plant material, genetics or supplies for cannabis, and does not give cultivation advice.
Whether you re-establish mothers from culture every season or hold a library of lines, the questions are the same: which line, which mother, which batch, what happened to it.
Which cultures came from which mother, when a line was re-established, and where each subculture generation sits today.
Log transfers as they happen, count what went in and what came out, and see where a batch stalled.
Keep the recipe a jar was poured from and the SOP a step followed attached to the culture, with the version that was current at the time.
Log what you saw, on which shelf, in which batch, so patterns show up before the next loss. The record describes; it does not diagnose.
Print labels before the bench fills up and scan one to open its record on a phone at the hood.
Tasks, comments and a per-record history of who did what and when, so a hand-over between shifts is a scroll rather than a conversation.
Cannabis is regulated differently in every jurisdiction and prohibited in many. This page is written for licensed operations in places where cannabis or hemp tissue culture is lawful, such as licensed producers in Canada and state-licensed operators in parts of the United States. It is published in English only.
xPlant Pro is built in South Korea, where cannabis cultivation is prohibited without a licence under the Narcotics Control Act. Nothing on this page is an offer, an endorsement or advice to cultivate anywhere it is not permitted. You are responsible for your own licensing and compliance; xPlant Pro records what your lab did and does not verify licences, certify compliance or advise on cultivation.
Hemp programmes use the same records. If your regulator requires reporting from a designated seed-to-sale or track-and-trace system, keep that system as the source of truth for reporting and use xPlant Pro for the bench record.
Is xPlant Pro legal to use for a cannabis lab?
xPlant Pro is general-purpose lab record software. Whether your cultivation is lawful depends on your jurisdiction and your licence, and we cannot advise on that. Use it only where your operation is permitted.
Does xPlant Pro connect to seed-to-sale or track-and-trace systems?
Not today. Keep the system your regulator designates as the source of truth for reporting, and use xPlant Pro for lineage, media, SOPs and observations at the bench. Tell us what your regulator needs through the contact form on the plans page.
Do you supply genetics, mother plants or advice on strains?
No. xPlant Pro does not sell or source plant material, genetics or cannabis-specific supplies, and it does not give cultivation advice.
Can I use it for hemp only?
Yes. The records are the same: plants, explants, batches, media recipes, SOPs and observations. The jurisdiction note above applies to hemp as well; check your own rules.
Mothers, lines, batches and media on one record, with every change attributed to a person. Start with the free plan where your operation is licensed.
