Is xPlant Pro suitable for a research or university lab?
Yes. Research groups use it for the same reasons production labs do: lineage, media versions and SOP logs on one record, with every change attributed to a person. A lab is its own workspace with its own members.
Can we keep one client's material separate from another's?
Each lab workspace holds its own records and members. For material that must be walled off, run it as its own workspace; within one workspace, batches and plant records keep material distinct.
Does xPlant Pro provide protocols for specific species?
No. It records yours. The public guides and the community media recipes are references shared by growers, not validated protocols, and are labelled that way.
Can we export a record for an audit or a collaborator?
Batch histories and reports can be shared from the application. If your reviewer needs a specific format, tell us through the contact form on the plans page.
