Laminar Flow Hood

A laminar flow cabinet that delivers HEPA-filtered, particle-free air in a laminar (non-turbulent) stream to create a sterile ISO Class 5 (Class 100) work zone for aseptic tissue culture transfers. Horizontal flow hoods push air toward the operator and are suitable for TC work; vertical flow hoods protect both product and operator and are preferred where chemical vapors or pathogens are handled. Wipe all surfaces with 70% isopropyl alcohol before and after each session; flame instruments with ethanol and allow them to cool before contact with plant material.
