The encyclopedia is open and the entries are still being written. Each one takes a real source and a careful read, so they will arrive slowly rather than all at once.

We would rather leave this page empty than fill it with plausible-sounding guesses. Contamination notes get acted on, and a confident sentence with nothing behind it costs somebody a batch.
